Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Nexlr Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the PureFeed Chrome extension and website (collectively, the "Service").
By installing the extension or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be at least 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK).
2. What the Service does
PureFeed reads publicly visible posts on Reddit, YouTube, and X (Twitter) and shows you category labels and quality scores. You configure filters to hide posts that match your preferences. We don't generate content; we organize content that's already in your feed.
The Service is provided "as is". Classifications are produced by AI models and reflect probabilistic assessments, not authoritative judgments. We don't guarantee accuracy.
3. Accounts
You can use the free tier without an account. Some features (Pro tier, cloud-synced preferences) require an account, which you create using email or Google sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
You may delete your account any time by emailing support@purefeed.io.
4. Free tier, Pro tier, and Lifetime
Free tier: classification and filtering on Reddit and YouTube, three prebuilt score profiles, full category filters, and local daily summary. Free is subject to a background fair-use limit on classifications per device per day, which we reserve the right to change. We will not surface punitive blocking — once the limit is reached, posts simply display unclassified for the rest of the day.
Pro tier: unlocks X (Twitter) support, custom score profiles, custom categories you define, NSFW / explicit content blocking, per-creator scoring with auto-hide, weekly email digest, cloud-synced preferences, and priority classification. Pro is offered as a recurring monthly or annual subscription via Dodo Payments.
Lifetime: a limited-quantity, one-time purchase that grants Pro features for as long as the Service operates. It is non-transferable. Future Pro features ship to Lifetime customers at no additional cost.
We may add, remove, or change features at any time. For material reductions to paid features, we will notify subscribers in advance.
5. Payment, billing, renewal
Subscriptions are billed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Dodo's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the payment portion of the transaction.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice via email.
- You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.
- Taxes and VAT are handled by Dodo as Merchant of Record.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — monthly, annual, and Lifetime. If you're unsatisfied within 30 days of your first paid charge, email support@purefeed.io and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. For annual and Lifetime, the 30 days run from the purchase date.
After 30 days, charges are generally non-refundable, but we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion for technical failures or billing errors.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law
- Circumvent free-tier usage caps via multiple installs or fake accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our classifier prompts or model logic to build a competing product
- Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs
- Use the Service to scrape, archive, or republish post content beyond your personal use
- Submit deliberately misleading feedback to corrupt classification quality
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including the extension code, classifier prompts, scoring methodology, brand, and website content, is owned by Nexlr Pvt Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Post content shown on Reddit, YouTube, and X belongs to the original posters and the respective platforms. We don't claim ownership of any of it; we only classify it.
9. Third-party platforms
PureFeed works on top of Reddit, YouTube, and X. Those platforms can change their terms, layouts, or APIs at any time, which may degrade or break the Service temporarily. We don't guarantee continuous compatibility. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Google, or X Corp.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlr Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexlr Pvt Ltd from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and (if applicable) deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Where reasonable, we will give notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we'll notify active users via in-extension notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to bring any dispute exclusively in the courts of India.
